Q How do I obtain my username and password?
A When you are presented with your order request form, you must fill in all relevant details marked with a *. This is where you choose your name and password.
Q Is there a minimum order quantity?
A No, you can order the quantity of prints you require.
Q Do I need to upload my images using this service?
A No, but you must first fill in the required order form, print and send this by post along with your CD of the images that you have chosen.
Q How long does it take for me to receive my processed order?
A It will take 3 full working days (excluding weekends).
Q I have not entered the correct details on my order form when sending my order.
A Please e-mail sending amended information.
Q Will postage costs differ on a larger quantity order?
A Yes. On a quantity order of 50 or more the postage would be £8.95 and not the standard £3.50.
Q I have been told that my images are corrupt.
A You will be e-mailed with a solution as soon as possible.
